2009 - a year in knits

This year of 2009 has seen me get married to a wonderful man, be a stepmother to one and a mom to another, and best of all regain my knitting mojo. At the end of the year I pulled out the needles and began in earnest.

here I am - Spacetricot on ravelry...if you want the deets.

December 2009
Citron
Yarn: knitpicks bare that my sister and I dyed a few years back...used all of it.
Mod: left off the 5th section and only did 7 ruffle rows. Ran out of yarn.
Quick and fun knit to keep idle hands warm and to add to the pile of knitted lovelies I have.

Oooo, I'm the first to leave a comment!

I'm in love with your new cardi! Where on earth do you find all the great patterns you always knit? I'm struggling to find sweater patterns I like.

You had a great year in knits, especially for having been so busy!

Love you!

I love all of your knits. Citron is one I've eyeballed but haven't decided to cast on yet. And that Drops sweater looks uber snuggly. I hope to finish something one day - LOL!

deniz:

great job...beautiful knits!
does this mean you are going to be blogging every day in 2010?? :)

Vickie:

Yeah - You are back - I love the Drops Sweater. I think you have great taste in knit items. Stay Warm!

These are Rose Lace Thigh High Stockings, but they don't have any means of holding themselves up. They need to be held up by a garter, or you can wear them over other tights and they would pretty much stay put.

Biting happens in many stages. The first is when the teeth start to come out of the gums. Your child will want to bite to sooth the discomfort of the swollen gums. This kind of biting will be soothed from biting a rattle or a teething ring. If your baby tries to bite you while breast feeding quickly remove the infant and set them down in a safe place. When an infant gets a negative response from their mother they will soon stop biting.

Why Your Toddler Bites
